BEFORE CONTINUING, PLEASE REVIEW OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
The cancellation policy below will apply for all cancellation scenarios, with no exceptions. This cancellation policy has been designed to be as compassionate as possible in the case that plans change, whilst also understanding our commitment to and cancellation policies with our vendors.
CANCELLATION BY PARTICIPANT
All cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to Whitney, she can be contacted here.
There will be no refunds under any circumstances.
For cancellations made more than 90 days prior to the retreat start date, any payments made may be transferred to a friend or family member.
For cancellations made 90 days or less prior to the retreat start date, any payments made may be transferred to a friend or family member, otherwise all payments will be forfeited and you should contact your travel insurance company for reimbursements. We cannot refund any payments for any reason (COVID, injury, illness, death). Travel insurance is required.
For transfers to friends or family members, please email Whitney to coordinate the transfer process.
CANCELLATION FEES
The cancellation fee is the amount equal to the non-refundable deposit for that retreat.
DELAYS AND OTHER UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
There will be no refunds nor discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness. For additional protection due to any unforeseen circumstances, it is highly recommend that all participants purchase travel insurance at the time of booking the retreat.
CANCELLATION BY GOODRITUALS RETREAT
In the rare event of a cancellation by the facilitators due to low registrations, the participant will be given the option to transfer all payments to a future retreat or to receive a full refund. We cannot compensate participants for airfare, hotel and travel costs incurred.
In the rare event of a cancellation due to dangerous weather, political unrest, acts of god and other force majeure events, any refund provided will depend on GoodRituals Retreat receiving a refund from the venue. We cannot compensate participants for airfare, hotel and travel costs incurred.
To cover these risks, it is strongly recommended that all participants purchases travel insurance.
If any payment is not received by participant prior to or on the due date for that payment, GoodRituals Retreat has the right to cancel the participant's registration for that retreat. In this case, no refund will be provided.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any participant's registration for any reason. In this case, a full refund will be provided.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance can protect participants against participant cancellation, GoodRituals Retreat cancellation, lost or delayed baggage, medical expenses and the cost of repatriation should the participant become ill or injured. It is strongly recommended that all participants purchase travel insurance, including a 'cancel for any reason' option in order to protect them against the rare chance of cancellation. Travel insurance can be purchased at Insure My Trip.
RETREAT CHANGES
The GoodRituals Retreat reserves the right to make any changes deemed necessary by its team, teachers or partners.

All rooms at Balancé come with hot water showers, lush bedding/linens, air conditioning, and come stocked with purified drinking water that we keep refilled throughout your stay. In double occupancy rooms you will share a living space and bathroom but will have your own separate bed. Please bring a refillable water bottle such as a hydro flask or Nalgene.
A non-refundable deposit of $300 per person is required to hold your space. The remaining balance must be received by November 1st, 2025 to reserve your spot. For further details regarding cancellations, please review our cancellation policy at the top of this page.
